Anglesey Boat Company was established at Gallows Point in Beaumaris, Anglesey in 1934. The company has had a long association with the building, repair and servicing of all types of boat.
In order to deal with modern demands, the site has been comprehensively redeveloped and we now have one of the premier boat facilities in north Wales, including a petrol station and fishing tackle shop on the site.
Although our name might suggest a bias towards the powerboat owner, we provide the best of facilities for yachts and sailing boats. We operate a Wise 14T boat hoist and a Roodberg 16T parker specifically to cater for yachts; and our chandlery is well stocked with sailing boat and dinghy supplies. We aim to offer the best package, at the best prices, for every boatowner.

By road from Anglesey: From the A5 LlanfairPG, exit left to Menai Bridge. At the first roundabout, take the right hand exit and follow the road down the hill. At the bottom of the hill, take the left exit into the town square. At the junction, turn left and continue along the road (A545) towards Beaumaris for about three miles. By Sea: Gallows Point is a large spit extending into the Menai Straits on the Anglesey side, about 1/2 mile SW of Beaumaris Pier and ajacent to the B7 channel marker buoy (Green in colour). ABC Powermarine's slipway is on the SW side of the Point and there are two hauling off buoys immediately off the end of it, which dry out at low water. The slipway is tidal and is usable about three hours either side of high water. Launching and recovery by tractor is possible at all states of the tide at the end of the Point, although this service is not always available.
